Vpod have recently commenced their Vgreet virtual receptionist service for Virgin Management Limited in their new London Headquarters.
Vgreet provides lifelike virtual receptionist services to all visitors to the Virgin HQ. The Vgreet is operated by Virgin reception staff and serves a shared reception area to ensure that visitors receive the full Virgin experience from start to finish.
Visitors are also able to use the Vgreet’s self-serve and touch-screen capability to read Virgin staff profiles and find out about local amenities, transport routes and more. It even displays a live feed of Richard Branson’s tweets.
Vpod manage the end-to-end Vgreet service for Virgin including content development, functionality and the supporting video network service to the receptionist end-points.
